TESCO TOPS AGAIN

Tesco at Faringdon turned up trumps again with£431 raised in the branch's latest outing.

Taking into account an extra £66 from boxes collected by Roger Watts earlier in the month the total for the year stands around £4.6K.

Chair Dave Thompson said:: ""Even though it was still quite hot in Faringdon there were as ever loads of people donating and showing a keen interest in the RNLI and its services."

Dave said: "Next up, hopefully some time in September , will be Blenheim Palace in one of the courtyards with Witney Market another choice.
